      I kinda liked this book and sometimes kinda hated it.Is there really so much church talk everywhere in usa just asking.Because for me it s just scary I really respect people who can calmly talk about these stuff, i would just implode Iand boy was I satisfied with the ending before epilog epilog was just creepy I feel lot better knowing I would disappeared because of first paragraph

      An interesting concept a little too heavy handed, perhaps, but otherwise well executed Could have benefited from a little depth of story, and either focus or detail in setting.

      Not really what I expected when I first picked this book It surprised me in a big way The last sixty or so pages were what did it since I wasn t aware there would be a genderbender trope in the book All the religious views kind of frustrated e It was just too much drama and angst for me The story itself was entertaining and I did enjoy it even though I thought this was an m m young adult romance book The gender identification issue, while not altogether new, was nice to see take some precedence [...]

      2.5You have to buy the view spoiler resurrection, the newly acquired demigod powers through the magical alien orb hide spoiler At least there is a MC behaving like a teenager because he is a teenager, 16 years old Micah looking for revenge on those who hurt him and doing good deeds with his endless powers is exactly the simple plot a teenager might conceive.

      I really liked this book The main characterizations are very good, especially the main character, Micah The story kept me on my toes, and it had a few twists I just didn t see coming This was quick and easy to read.
