I liked the previous book Roads End but I liked this one , it was also longer which helps. This is set after the apocalypse, zombies are roaming and making life difficult for the living, there s two MC groups the Devil s Ashes, the good guys and the Satan s Remains, the not so good guys although in this book we get some idea of just how not good they really are. This book opens on a farm where a very creepy priest lives with his son and six virgins, I did say he was creepy, plus he has the whole b [...]

    2. Willow Brooks says:

Zombies, bikers, kick butt virgins that can shoot between the eyes from any distance during a horrible apocalypse What s not to like Well, there is some freaky crap going on with a dirty freak nasty priest That dude and his so called cleansing made me want to break something He and the naive virgins is what brought the book down a star The MC s were perfect and I loved how the main heroines character developed and became someone strong The hero was sexy and a good guy The sex was alright.

    3. Cristina says:

The blurb says it all will there be enough time for romance The truth is no Yes, we see a connection between Lia and Call but nothing major I liked their story but I didn t love it Partially because it s a short story and we don t get to experience the love affair until the very end So, if you re looking for romance, you ll get 30% of it and the rest deals with a lot of other stuff.

    4. Twist says:

Lia is part of a cult, basically Although it is very small, the priest has brainwashed some virgins into thinking that he and his sons are the only good men left Along comes Call, when she needs saving from the Z s, and it goes from there Not a bad short story.

    5. Lauren says:

Great story I really enjoyed this book The characters were complex and interesting stories, though I would have liked to know I didn t always quite agree with Lia s actions, but I totally understood them because of her upbringing, especially during critical years I would have liked to know about Call, but since this was from Lia pov, we didn t get much The plot was good interesting The build up to the sex, the first couple of encounters was hawt the actual sex left something to be desired But [...]

    6. Dena says:

CallI enjoyed this story it was so out there that it didn t seem impossible Although it did seem every women was brainwashed Call is a leader of a MC and he is trying to be the hero unfortunately there are many obstacles in his way Lia is a virgin stuck under a religious group scared of every man I want to say she woke up and lived a great life with Call but we all know better If it was that easy we would only need 1 chapter Overall it had the goriness that a zombie story needed It also had the [...]

What happens to the local MC when zombies take over the world Take 2 once again I really enjoyed this I love MC stories but this one has an epic zombie twist on things so its an extra fun read though I am kinda bummed that the first book was so short I am however glad this one is longer I hope this author does a full series with this theme as I am getting a huge kick out of it

    8. Sherry Ewy says:

I would really love this story written as a book It s a great story, but I want of it I think the series should be one really awesome post apocalyptic ride Really good job fluffing out your characters, Britten thorne

    9. Dennasia says:

A good quick read, I was looking for something different But I found this was misssing some details an glossed over some things that make a novel move you.

    10. Twilla says:

I loved it Zombies, bikers, romance, what s not to like Hope another book comes out in this series soon.
