      I didn t really read the entire book I skimmed it Too technical But I was utterly fascinated by the whole thing and riveted by Vaillant s theory of the spiritual treatment required by this bio psycho social malady He was one of the head trustees of AA, and he basically called AA a benign cult that works better than nothing at all or the same as nothing at all the exact phraseology was a bit muffled by vagaries.
